By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/webmasters/owners/creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this website.

Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms). We will not use your details for any other purpose or sell them on to third parties.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. 

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Price

The price shall be the price quoted on the website.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery if a minimum order of £45 is not met.This charge will be added at the checkout page.

Payment and Delivery

Payment can be made by simply by using the secure Pay Pal and Nochex facility. This ensures your protection as well as ours. Paypal and Nochex accept all major credit & debit cards.

All goods must be paid in full before dispatch.

We will deliver to the address given to us by you at the time you place your order. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 to 3 days. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, it may take up to 2 – 8 weeks for your order to be dispatched. Should you wish to query the stock status of an item, please email us at sales@hot-n-sexy-lingerie.co.uk.  We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed for incorrect information being supplied during the ordering process.

If any parcels are received damaged or opened this must be noted as “parcel damaged” with the courier / postman for a claim to be made and any missing goods to be replaced. 

Cancellation and Returns Policy

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please also note that returns on Body Stockings, Stockings, Tights & Wigs are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
